  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda


For the Filling

  • 1 cup (250g) lotus seed paste (store-bought or homemade)

  • 4 salted egg yolks (optional, halved)

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions
